Leadership Resources

For Youth Pastors

The Anchor That Holds

If you are a pastor, I applaud you and thank you! Your role is so very vital!

Today especially, we need courage and confidence to face the future. We need a strong sense of identity and purpose.  We need an assurance that Jesus Messiah is God and Redeemer, our salvation and strength, now and forever. We need to know the Word of God is true. We need to learn about God’s character, purposes and plans.

And we need to discover and unleash our God-given gifts to make a significant contribution to our world.

Pastor Resources

My hope and prayer is that these resources will encourage and support you, as you disciple your people.  This section will continue to be updated, and if you have any questions or suggestions, please feel free to contact me.

Strengths & Personality

This is for you, pastor! Learn more about your own leadership style and how you relate. It’s also important that your people feel like you understand them. In this report, you’ll discover ways to identify, respond to, and lead different personalities.

Help your people to identify their God-given gifts and their place on God’s team. The survey covers the nine Team gifts which are service-, ministry-, and task-oriented. These Team gifts are functional and involve speaking or ministering, gifts that are used in daily life to do the work of Christian ministry.

Trauma and Mental Health

The new REBOOT Recovery Crisis Edition is being offered free to the general population. It’s a five-part video series with a 27 page downloadable workbook, intended to help you understand, cope with, and move forward from the current COVID-19 crisis or whatever trauma you or your people may be facing.

The REBOOT Recovery team has years of experience helping veterans, first responders and their families heal from the moral and spiritual wounds associated with service-related trauma.

Their trauma healing courses provide a unique blend of clinical insight with Christian faith-based support.

Developed by a team of people who understand the journey of mental health difficulties, Thrive is a self-directed whole-health guide, integrating faith and neuroscience, to empower you and your people to reduce and manage stress, depression, anxiety and other challenges and renew your life in Christ!

For such a time as this, Grace Alliance is currently offering a free, 44 page, downloadable mini-version of their Thrive workbook, accompanied by free webinars.

This group of free pdf’s includes handouts, discovery assignments, teaching tools, and discussion starters to stimulate your people in their relationship with the Lord.
